Australian wool prices eased in April due to softer demand and ample supply. In April, wool prices averaged AUD 1,298 cents per kilogram, which was down 2.9% from March’s price and was 5.3% lower than in the same month last year. On 28 April, wool traded at AUD 1,302 cents per kilogram, which was 1.2% lower than on the same day of the previous month.
